石潭村是广东省清远市佛冈县水头镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东北部，村委会距镇政府约2.5公里。村名取自辖区内水坑多、石头多的特点。[1]

村情[edit]

村委会人口近2000人，耕地1000多亩，辖5条自然村，其中有鸭仔坝、曾屋、新屋和落田围等。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属清远县吉河乡，民国时期属佛冈县一区水头乡。1959年起设石潭大队，1983年改为石潭乡，1987年又设村委会，1990年前后一度改称管理区，1995年起恢复村委会的建制。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，石潭村上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
  • 2020年8月，石潭村以无花果为产业，入选首批「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」。[1]
  • 2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予石潭村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
  • 2023年4月，石潭村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单。[1]
  • 2024年1月，石潭村被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
