西安村位于石潭镇西北部，离石潭圩约2公里，西靠九牙山，东临大岩河。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年设乡，1958年成为大队，1983年改设乡，1989年划为管理区，1998年恢复为村委会。[1]

2023年4月，西安村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单；2026年1月，西安村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子西靠九牙山，东面临大岩河，耕地分布在大岩河西岸，土质肥沃。[1]
