历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：此村由联滘村析出，村委会驻地设在大围村，因而得名。[1]

1990年撤销联滘乡，分出大围管理区；1998年改为村委会，沿用至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村共11个村民小组，博雅地名网记为445户、2155人（年份未注明）。[1]

耕地面积940亩，水田557亩，旱地383亩，鱼塘24亩；林地9501亩，生态林9426亩，商品林75亩。村内矿产以铁矿为主。[1]
