龙颈镇属广东省清远市清新区，位于区域中部，镇政府驻龙颈镇龙新路。全镇面积583.7平方千米，辖5个社区和36个行政村，2024年户籍人口约12万人[1]。镇域历史悠久，汉代设中宿县，抗战中后期国民政府清远县政府曾设于此[1][7]。

现行范围形成于2003年至2004年：珠坑镇于2003年6月并入，石马、南冲、石坎三镇于2004年5月撤销并入[3]。近年镇政府以「一林、二带、三园、四优、五韵」为工作主线，发展南药、鸡心黄皮、骆坑笋等特色产业，并推进农文旅融合[4][6]。

历史沿革[edit]

中宿县于汉元鼎六年（前111年）设置，归南海郡管辖，县治位于今龙颈镇城村，隋开皇十年（590年）撤销[7]。博雅地名网则记龙颈城土国村曾是中宿县城[2]。

1950年5月，龙颈一带定名为清远县第五区，下设龙颈、南冲、石坎、珠坑、河马五个乡[1]。抗战中后期，清远县政府一度迁驻龙颈[1][2]。

2003年6月，珠坑镇撤销并入龙颈；2004年5月，石马、南冲、石坎三镇撤销，其辖区划入龙颈。合并后的龙颈镇约583.7平方千米，人口为11.12万[3]。

地理与人口[edit]

镇域位于清新区中部。东面与笔架林场相接，北面毗邻禾云镇，西面与广宁县接壤，南面靠近太和镇[2]。镇域属亚热带季风气候[1]。

2024年末，全镇约有3.16万户、12.02万户籍人口[1]。2025年上半年，全镇有24个行政村被评为「美丽宜居村」，约占行政村的三分之二[4]。

饮水方面，石坎自来水厂的佛市、石东片区入户管网已完工，2025年上半年全镇农村自来水普及率超过99%，水质经区级检测合格[4]。

2019年，龙颈镇创建为清远市卫生镇；2023年4月，镇政府报道称龙颈获评「广东省卫生乡镇」。全镇有478个自然村获「清远市卫生村」称号，42个自然村获「广东省卫生村」称号[5]。

经济[edit]

2024年全镇财政收入约1.43亿元，规模以上工业总产值19.12亿元，同比增4.04%[1]。工业行业包括陶瓷、建材、家具与汽车配件等[2]。

农产品有鸡心黄皮、枇杷、沙田柚、沙糖桔、骆坑笋和黑毛节瓜等[2]。2025年，镇内申报的8个「一村一品、一镇一业」项目中，有龙北、石崇两村的鸡心黄皮，龙北村的美香占功能性水稻，以及头巾村的骆坑笋[4]。

南药省级现代农业产业园在建，育苗基地已有500亩，药材种植地超过8500亩[6]。石坎龙窑群入选「第四批省工业遗产」名单，石坎陶瓷获认定为「广东地理标志培育产品」，当地计划盘活178条古龙窑[6]。原佛市小学经改造，成为「同心窑陶瓷制作研学基地」[4]。2025年，全镇谋划的重点项目有25个，包括茶叶、南药、黄皮等产业示范基地，以及与一家北京企业签署战略合作协议的「古村窑火·稻香康养」农文旅融合示范项目[4]。

文化与旅游[edit]

2024年1月至11月，景点与民宿接待游客51943人次，营业收入约1578.62万元[6]。

2024年，「龙颈龙舟锦标赛」吸引37支队伍、800余名龙舟手参赛[6]。同年，区级非物质文化遗产牌匾12块授予本地项目[6]。

名胜古迹[edit]

太平乡祠在龙北村大围村，黎、陈、吴等十个姓氏合建一座祠堂，俗称「十姓祠」，每年由十姓村民共同祭祀[8]。

大围村有大围古城墙，2025年上半年被纳入镇内以禁毒为主题的「春风·禁毒一日游」路线[4]。龙北村的中宿居文旅融合项目包括门楼、牌坊的整修，以及古巷道两侧建筑和其他不可移动文物的环境提升[4]。「禁毒英雄吴桂忠烈士故居」也在龙北村内[4][6]。
