清冲村是双捷镇下辖的行政村，村名因清冲河流经村落而得。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年11月，保甲制度撤销，清冲捷行政村随之成立，归八区捷轮乡管辖。1953年划入八区双捷乡。1956年12月的合作化之后，改隶双捷区双捷乡，1958年11月此地称清冲管理区，1959年设清冲生产大队管委会。1983年撤公社、设清冲乡，属双捷区；1987年改为清冲村委会，后又称管理区。1991年改归阳东县双捷镇，1999年4月重设清冲村委会，2003年起归江城区双捷镇。[1][3][4]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，双坪村被定为2021年度阳江市卫生村。2023年度阳江市卫生村的名单中，清湖村、大冲村、新塘村、陆屋寨村、学田村列在其上，时间为2023年10月。[1]
