历史沿革[edit]
民国时期此地称茶水保，归八区捷轮乡管辖。1949年11月撤销保甲，建立区乡，设茶水行政村，仍属捷轮乡；1953年归八区茶水乡。1956年农业合作化期间，茶水乡并入清冲，合为“五一”营，属双捷区双捷乡。1958年11月称茶水管理区，1959年设茶水生产大队管委会；1983年撤公社，设茶水乡，属双捷区；1987年改为茶水村委会，后又恢复管理区名称。1988年划归阳东区双捷镇，1991年改隶阳东县，1999年4月重设茶水村委会，2003年归江城区双捷镇。[1][3][4]
文化[edit]
2021年12月，大朗村、屋坡村等被定为2021年度阳江市卫生村，它们都在茶水村委会之下。2024年3月，本村获评2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
经济[edit]
2020年8月，茶水村凭火龙果列入首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]
