康州村是双捷镇下辖的行政村，属村庄类城乡分类。据传，陈姓人家迁来时，此处是漠阳江冲积成的沙洲，取安康之意，定名“康洲”，后改作“康州”。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

本村的村名在1912年已见记载，当时称康州堡。新中国成立后的1953年，这里归八区的三麻乡管辖。1958年11月起称管理区，次年改设大队。1987年为村委会，其后又恢复为管理区的体制；1999年才重新设立村委会。[1][3]

经济[edit]

广东省农业农村厅确定的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村中，有康州村，主导产品为苗香米，时间为2021年9月。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，麻放中村、麻放一村被定为2021年度阳江市卫生村。村尾村、李屋村则在2023年度名单中，列入时间为2023年10月。[1]
