井贝村是东源县漳溪畲族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境东北部，距乡政府约500米，229省道穿村而过。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

村子始建于明朝中叶，相传由一位堪舆师按八卦布局设计，设有三座门楼。[4] 村名有两种说法：博雅地名网称村中一座古建筑叫井贝寨；百度百科则说，村址形似二十八星宿中的井宿，又建在贝壳状的丘陵上，曾用名「井背」。[2][4]

1958年称井贝大队，1983年为井贝乡，1987年改为井贝管理区，1999年经县政府批准设立井贝村委会。[3] 村内现存粤赣边支队长江队（原东塅队）的红色革命旧址，保留了吴荣甫、吴仰标等本土革命家的事迹。[4]

2024年3月，村子被命名为2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
