高发村是广东省河源市和平县大坝镇下辖的行政村。村内有嘉禾岗围龙屋和「中共和平县大坝区委旧址」两处文物。[5]

村子2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」，2021年1月入选「第七批广东省古村落」名单。[1]

地名由来[edit]

解放前，这里分为瑞心、江夏、嘉禾三个村；解放后三村合并为高发村，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，这里组建高发大队，隶属人民公社。1987年，大队改设管理区办事处。1999年取消该办事处，改设高发村村民委员会。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2026年3月，村子被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。2024年3月，村子被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。2021年1月，村子入选「第七批广东省古村落」名单。2019年9月，村子上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]

文物[edit]

嘉禾岗围龙屋在村内，是清代黄姓人建造的客家围龙屋，坐北朝南，平面呈马蹄形，有三堂四横一围，房屋上百间。它又被称为「外翰第」，2011年被公布为河源市文物保护单位。[5]

「中共和平县大坝区委旧址」位于村内的大坝中心小学。1941年8月，中共和平县委同意设立大坝区委，黄华明出任书记。这所学校也是县委机关的驻地。2012年1月，旧址被列入和平县不可移动文物保护名录。[5]
