龙狮村是广东省河源市和平县大坝镇下辖的行政村。村名与村口的两座山有关，据传其中一座形如龙，另一座似狮。[3]
地名由来[edit]
相传很早以前，村子水口处有两座山，一座像龙，一座像狮子，村名由此得来。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
和平解放后，此地先归大同乡管辖。1958年人民公社时组成龙狮大队；1960年大队一分为二，成为龙狮与银泛两处。1999年两村合并，设立龙狮村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，村子被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。2025年5月，又获授予「2022年度和平县文明村镇」称号。[1]
矿产[edit]
本村的地下资源以高岭土（瓷土）为主，另有稀土与铁矿，高岭土的分布最为密集。[4]
