水西村是广东省河源市连平县田源镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网所载，新丰江的一条大支流从西边流入村庄，村名由此而来。村境内有水西战斗遗址；村庄于2024年3月获得「2023年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1976年起为水西生产大队，此后1983年起改为水西乡，1988年起称水西管理区，1999年定为水西村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

水西战斗遗址在村中的新月围屋，是1948年前后该地区反围剿斗争中的一处战斗旧址[1]。

文化[edit]

2019年9月，水西村被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单[1]。2024年3月，村庄获得「2023年广东省卫生村」称号[1]。
