上坪镇是广东省河源市连平县下辖的镇，位于连平县最北部，北面与江西省龙南市接壤，西面以黄牛石一带与江西省全南县为界，东邻和平县，南面与内莞镇、元善镇相连，是粤赣两省的结合部。[1][3] 全镇总面积约301平方千米，辖1个社区和15个行政村。[1][2] 国道105线与大广高速穿境而过，当地称之为「入粤第一镇」。[1]

镇内以农业为主，鹰嘴蜜桃是最主要的作物，镇政府门户网站称其为「中国鹰嘴蜜桃之乡」。上坪桃园每年三月桃花盛开、七月蜜桃成熟，吸引大量游客。[1][7] 镇内另有清代建成的小水廊桥、上坪水口桥和古坑四角楼等文物，以及1940年代游击队活动的旧址。[4][10][14]

历史沿革[edit]

上坪旧称「上平」。相传在未建连平县城以前，此地四周环山，中间有一片平坝，又有一处下坪，一上一下遂分称上坪、下坪。[3] 解放初期此地属惠阳区；1959年冬设上坪人民公社；1960年划归新丰县；1962年6月重新归属连平县；1984年改设区、1986年撤区设镇。[3] 维基百科则写作1987年设镇，两者相差一年。[6]

1945年11月起，东纵三支队的一支游击小分队进入上坪一带，以中村村的新田径为据点开展活动；1946年2月，游击队奇袭上坪街。[14] 2011年5月，连平县委、县政府为该旧址立碑保护。[14]

地理环境[edit]

镇域属粤北山区，主要河流为大席河，境内全长约23.79千米，流经10个行政村。[4] 风吹蝴蝶山在连平县东北部，连平与和平两县以它为界，最高峰海拔1272米；山系中的打石坑顶位于上坪镇境内，三堆树则是上坪与内莞镇的界山。[8] 石狗坳、鸡啼石、黄牛石和桃花山也是镇内的特色景点。[4]

行政区划与人口[edit]

镇下辖上坪社区和15个行政村，名称见县政府公布的现行区划；镇政府门户网站称全镇共有211个自然村。[1][2]

2019年末户籍人口34043人。[5] 第七次全国人口普查结果显示，上坪镇人口为1.88万人，在连平县各镇街中居第6位，两项数字口径不同。[3] 镇政府门户网站所载总人口约3.4万人，未注明年份。[1]

上坪镇以农业为主，水稻、大豆、番薯、三华李、高山茶、油茶、青梅等都有出产。[1][4] 鹰嘴蜜桃是其中的主要产业：据镇政府门户网站，其种植历史可上溯到明代，2015年成为国家地理标志保护产品，2025年又获「创新农产品」和「全球名优水果」称号；目前种植面积约5.6万亩，年产值超过16亿元，未注明年份。[1]

2019年9月，上坪镇被农业农村部认定为「第九批全国一村一品示范村镇」，产业为鹰嘴蜜桃；2020年8月，省农业农村厅将其列入「第二批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业镇」名单，同样以鹰嘴蜜桃入选；2025年5月，上坪镇入选「百千万工程」第二批专业镇名单。[3] 镇政府门户网站还称该镇为「广东省技术创新专业镇」，并称拥有全国最大的鹰嘴蜜桃种植基地。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

上坪桃园以「十里桃花，万亩果园」为特色，把农业生产与观光结合在一起，每年七月上旬举办蜜桃品尝节，游客可以亲手摘果。[7] 2025年2月，「奔赴连平，来南国桃源约会吧」桃花旅游文化周在连平县城和上坪镇举行，活动历时一周，游客约50万人次，据报道带动消费约1.75亿元。[9]

小水廊桥位于小水村，为清代始建的风雨廊桥，1990年代曾经重修。2015年12月，经广东省人民政府公布，列为「第八批广东省文物保护单位」。[4][10] 据河源市文物古迹介绍，它是全市唯一一座古廊桥。[10]

上坪水口桥在东阳村内，清光绪元年（1875年）开工，工期三年，建造者为上坪谢氏，列为「第四批河源市文物保护单位」；2019年6月10日洪涝灾害中，桥体部分被冲毁。[4][11] 连平水口塔在水口桥附近约百米处，又称风水塔，为六角五层楼阁式砖塔，建于清代，属县级文物保护单位。[4][12]

古坑村大河背有一座清代建的古坑四角楼，属四楼角式的方形围屋，县政府于2010年将其列为文物保护单位。[4] 石陂老屋群为清乾隆年间（1750年）建成的古建筑，属「第四批河源市文物保护单位」；石陂村于2022年10月列入第六批中国传统村落名录。[13][16]

「新田径游击队活动点旧址」在中村村，2011年立碑保护，属红色旅游景点。[14] 上坪革命烈士纪念碑位于布联村，1980年12月自上坪圩迁至现址，碑体为方塔形，高8米，用以纪念上坪的革命烈士。[15]
