密溪村是元善镇下辖的行政村，村名与溪流汇聚成的河道有关。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自境内大大小小的溪流汇成的一条河，称为密溪河，村因河得名。[1]

新中国成立后先设密溪湖乡；1960年起称密溪大队，1981年改设密溪乡，1989年改为密溪管理区，1999年设立密溪村民委员会。[1]

密溪村在2023年广东省卫生村的名录中，命名于2024年3月。[1]
