罗西村位于廻龙镇内，与岐岭村、罗中村、罗南村、罗丰村等相邻，并辖有上蓝、吉仙两个自然村。村名来自罗姓先民：他们最早在此安家，祖屋位于村子西面，故名罗西。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2004年，吉仙与上蓝两个村委会经龙川县人民政府批准，并入罗西村委会，此后沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，罗西村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会将2022年广东省卫生村的称号授予罗西村。[1]
