黄布镇位于广东省河源市龙川县南部，东接鹤市镇，西邻佗城镇，北连通衢镇，南与东源县叶潭镇相接。镇内辖1个社区和6个行政村，金鱼河自南向北穿过全镇。[1][2]

镇域内有黄觉群故居、龙川第一个农会旧址等红色遗存，2026年批准实施的国土空间规划将全镇定位为龙川南部红色乡村生态旅游基地。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

清嘉庆十四年（1809年）的记载称此地为金鱼约。境内峰峦起伏，金鱼河常年受洪水冲击，河水多呈黄色，地形又狭长如一匹布，于是又得名黄布。[1][2]

新中国成立后，这里先后设过金鱼乡、黄布公社和黄布区。1957年改设黄布乡，次年划归鹤市公社；1976年分出，重设黄布公社；1983年撤社改设区公所，1987年由区改为镇。[1]

地理与行政区划[edit]

镇域面积有两种记法：博雅地名网与百度百科记为56.14平方千米，2026年河源市政府批准的国土空间总体规划公告则记为67.31平方千米，规划范围另含镇区0.13平方千米。[1][2][3]

全镇下辖黄布社区，以及新布、松洋、欧江、金鱼、大广、宦境六个行政村。[6][10]

博雅地名网的概况页引用的是2005年的数据：当年全镇社会总产值2.12亿元，农民人均年收入4919元，耕地12699亩，并称镇内矿产丰富，有多种金属矿、瓷土、石灰石与滑石。当时镇里提出打造“河源市手套工业第一镇”，全镇有手套企业49家。[4]

规划中的镇区包括黄布社区，以及新布、松洋两村的部分范围；金鱼、新布、宦境为中心村，欧江、松洋、大广为一般村。[3]

人口[edit]

第七次全国人口普查结果公布后，黄布镇人口约1.08万人，在龙川县各镇中排第18位。[1] 百度百科另记2019年末户籍人口为29671人，两者统计口径不同，此处并列。[2]

经济[edit]

据镇政府2023年工作总结，当年全镇完成固定资产投资3486万元，6个村的集体经济总收入为243.81万元，村均40.63万元，同比增长124%。全镇六村一居共同出资组建强村公司，注册资本560万元，当年承接项目七个。[7]

同一份总结提到，镇里利用大广村闲置的学校房舍办起室内种植基地，并与一家玩具企业结对，由企业提供加工岗位、强村公司担任劳务中介，带动百余名村民就近务工。[7]

百度百科的记载则为2019年全镇社会总产值7.83亿元，全社会固定资产投资1.63亿元。[2]

名胜古迹与红色遗存[edit]

黄觉群故居位于欧江村仙寨，百度百科称其为清代建筑。龙川第一个农会旧址塘耙屋也在欧江村。[9][11]

百度百科的黄布条目把金兰书院列为文物古迹，但该书院没有单独的条目可查。[5]

镇政府2024年工作计划提出，要争取资金保护金安围古村落、塘耙屋农会旧址以及张增文、黄石华、黄麟书等名人故居，并将大广村烈士纪念碑周边建成烈士纪念园。[7]

著名人物[edit]

马岗村出身的黄麟书，1893至1997年在世，留学日本，就读东京中央大学，1917年学成。回国后他长期从事教育，先后在龙川县立中学、海丰县立中学和广东省立一中（今广雅中学）任教员、学监。[1]

黄觉群（1879—1943年）是欧江村人，早年在广州从事工运，后任中共龙川特支书记、县农民协会主席等职。[10]

发展规划[edit]

2026年公布的国土空间总体规划以“一心、两轴、一带、五组团”为总体格局，“一心”指以镇区为核心辐射周边新布、金鱼、松洋等村，五组团包括以欧江村为主的红色文旅示范组团和以宦境村为主的生态农林体验组团。[3]

2025年底发布的“十五五”时期重点工作计划提出，要发挥强村公司的带动作用，引进富民工坊，并把一座农贸市场和黄江水库灌溉区的续建配套、节水改造列入重点工程。[8]
