双坑村是紫金县古竹镇下辖的行政村，位于鸡斩岗坑与大径坑一带的中心。[1]

建置沿革[edit]

双坑为古地名，永安县明隆庆三年（1569年）建县时属宽得都苦竹派社十四村，名称自此沿用；清代属宽得都苦竹派约。1952年称双坑乡，1958年称生产大队，后改称双坑乡（1983年）、双坑村委会（1987年），1998年成立村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月入选「2019年广东省卫生村」；2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局把双坑村确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]
