留洞村是紫金县古竹镇下辖的行政村，越王山景区在村境内的东江河畔。[1]
建置沿革[edit]
留洞最初是1961年设立的生产大队，隶古竹公社，1963年公社调整时一度撤销。此后1987年以留洞村委会之名重设，1989年改为管理区，1998年建立村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年10月入选「2019年广东省卫生村」；2023年4月列为「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内的越王山景区约2平方千米，最高海拔316米，地貌属丹霞，山名出自南越王赵佗曾在此活动的传说，现为国家3A级旅游景区，留有古寨门、乾坤石等遗迹。博雅地名网说景区正申报国家4A级。[2][1]
