大安农场是陆丰市西北部的国有农场，由陆丰市管辖，东、西、南三面与大安镇相邻，北面接陆河县。[1][2]场部设在新丰南社区，全场面积13.4平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，农场1959年开始筹建旱田农场，1960年正式建场，并把周围的一些村落并入；经过三次区划调整，1993年1月改称广东省大安农场，由广东省农垦总局和陆丰市（1995年设市）双重管理。2020年12月，农场改制成广东农垦大安农场有限公司。[1]

地理环境[edit]

场区以丘陵山地为主，省道横穿；牛角隆水库库容2000万立方米，1970年动工兴建。[1][2]

经济[edit]

农场以种橡胶和养奶牛为主，2022年产干胶82.30吨；一家企业在场内经营牧场，养殖规模2500多头，年产鲜牛奶1.6万吨。[1]另有茶叶、南药和龙眼等，2023年在胶园林下套种岗梅、益智等药材。[1]博雅地名网所收概况写的是较早年代的情形：橡胶种植220公顷，茶叶22.7公顷，龙眼51.6公顷，荔枝181.4公顷；1988年用贷款办起粤东地区唯一成片的龙眼商品生产基地。[2]
