历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，霞绕村在明代洪武年间有人来此建村定居。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村分五片，有一万三千多人、五千多亩耕地，被称为陆丰的产粮区和人口大村；除种粮外兼营鱼塭养殖，并种植荔枝等果树。[1]
著名人物[edit]
陆丰市政府网记载，明代的林高隐（1452—1529）和清代的进士林飞鹤（1783—1841）都是霞绕人。林飞鹤于嘉庆二十二年（1817年）中进士，曾任咸安宫教授，后任肇庆府教授，其遗墨有博美天后宫的“泽润琼林”匾和霞绕宗祠的对联。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，霞绕村被广东省爱卫会评为广东省卫生村。[1]
