博头村是陆丰市博美镇的行政村，在镇区东侧约5公里，由五个自然村组成，与内湖、桥冲两镇相邻，是全镇离镇区最远的村委会之一。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
博头大队1975年由赤岭大队划出，归博美公社。1983年它与蛟溪大队合成博溪乡（1987年为博溪村委会），1994年博溪管理区一分为二，博头、蛟溪各立门户，自1999年称博头村委会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
2009年记录总人口2716人，农业为主，种水稻、花生和蔬菜。2019年9月，它名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2020年12月，评为广东省卫生村。[1]
