朝面山村是鲘门镇下辖的行政村，在鲘门圩东北约1千米、324国道旁，辖5个村民小组，土地面积约6平方千米，据博雅地名网所载人口750人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，朝面山村在清道光年间立村。1979年，朝面山水库区的移民从黄羌林场迁来建村，村名取自他们的原籍，当年即编为朝面山大队。[1]1987年起是村委会，1989年曾叫管理办事处，1998年重回村委会之名。[1]

经济[edit]

村里地少人多，农业和工业都受土地所限，集体经济发展较慢；近年借助「三旧」改造项目招商。[1]

荣誉[edit]

朝面山村先后受到多项表彰：2023年4月进入广东省乡村治理示范村的创建名单（按2022年度评定），2024年1月定为省级民主法治示范村（社区），2025年3月命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」，2026年1月又获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
