红泉村是鲘门镇下辖的行政村，在鲘门、小漠、赤石三镇交界处，背山面海，辖6个村民小组，土地面积约12.6平方千米，据博雅地名网所载人口1786人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，这里属海丰县第四区鲘门乡；1953年划入红源乡。1958年，下竹仔坑洞一带的地片编为红源第二大队（简称红二大队），1964年得名红泉大队。[1]其后建制几经更替：1984年为红泉乡，隶鲘门区公所；1987年成了鲘门镇的红泉村委会；1989年一度叫管理区办事处，直到1998年重新叫村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村内有324国道、深汕高速公路和厦深铁路经过，海岸线约4.5千米。村里办有港尾水库自来水站，供村民和附近企业用水；生产上以山坡造林种菜、海滩养殖海产、水田种稻和番薯为主。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，红泉村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2026年3月，被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
