历史沿革[edit]
新渔村原归梅尖乡管。1958年，梅尖大队连同马宫、中海并成渔业大队；1973年另立浅海大队，此后沿称浅海乡、浅海村委会，1989年起叫新渔管理区办事处，1998年定名新渔村委会。[1]
近年建设[edit]
2025年底的报道称，在海丰县投控集团、中铁十局等单位帮扶下，村里的梅簪小学改建为研学基地，建有碑林鉴赏文化长廊，村道硬化和排污管道铺设完成98%。[3] 2020年12月，新渔村获「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
