文德村在坭陂镇东部，距兴宁城区17公里，面积2平方公里，耕地585亩，山地250亩，下设12个村民小组，257户1390人。村名为纪念创始祖文德公。[2][1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年为村农会，1950至1957年为大队，1963至1986年为乡，之后称管理区，1999年改称文德村民委员会。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

据百度百科，文德村是坭陂镇最偏远的村之一，村民早先主要种椪柑；柑橘受黄龙病害后，2010年前后改为连片种甜玉米，面积达728亩，年产值110万元。2020年村里与一家农业科技公司签约合作，给50户贫困户送去板栗南瓜苗，约定保价收购。[2]

文德村在2017年10月获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号，授予单位是广东省爱国卫生运动委员会；2026年3月，又被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
