南郊社区是兴宁市兴田街道的社区，社区办公地点在兴南大道的南坛西路南苑楼，村民小组共23个。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

因地处兴宁城南而名南郊。[1]1957年以前，这一带由第一区（宁中）的城南乡政府管辖（1949至1956年），1957年转属兴城镇，成为南郊大队。此后改名南郊管理区（1983年11月）、南郊居委会（1999年），2004年起为南郊社区居委会。[1]
