兴田社区是兴宁市兴田街道的社区，办公地点在兴田一路346号，辖10个村民小组，面积约1.5平方千米。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

社区坐落在兴田一路旁，因而得名。[1]新中国成立之初，这里叫兴田街公所；兴城镇人民政府成立后，称兴田街道办事处；2004年才改作兴田社区居委会。[1]

人口与荣誉[edit]

博雅地名网记，社区在册11498户、23481人；特色收入是出租门店，所记上一年的农村经济总收入为35万元。[1]名列广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，名单于2019年9月公布。[1]
