鹤湖村在蕉岭县文福镇东端，离蕉城镇约9公里。[1]1983年由岃湖、鹤湖、石坝、学寨四个大队合并而成，名称来自形似鹤的酒壶。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名据说取自一只鹤形的酒壶，「湖」字由「壶」的谐音改来。[1]1952年设鹤湖乡，1958年属文福公社，1983年四个大队并为一乡，1987年起称村委会，1990年一度叫管理区，1999年后又称村委会。[1]

村情[edit]

村情介绍（未注年份）：18个村民小组，730户、2660人；耕地1244亩，园地3102亩，林地19896亩。村里引进烟草农业示范基地，种烤烟，也种甜玉米和香蕉。[1]2019年9月入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
