新泉村属广东省梅州市蕉岭县长潭镇，位于石窟河以西，分10个村民小组，在册522户、1849人，全村面积3.86平方公里，耕地1030亩（据博雅地名网所载村情）。[1]

村名由新芳村和淋泉坝两处地名各取一字合成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村由新芳村、淋泉坝两个片区合并而成，解放前一直叫新芳村。1950年称新泉大队，隶白马乡；1958年长潭公社设新泉生产大队；1983年，新泉与白马、上合三个大队合为白马乡，属长潭区；1987年改称长潭乡的新泉大队，1990年改管理区，1999年起为新泉村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，新泉村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

淋泉坝有永富祖祠，始建于明洪武四年（1371年），是两堂六横三围龙的客家围龙屋，2014年1月公布为梅州市文物保护单位；供奉谢氏祖先，族中十八世的谢仲棠曾在台湾省检察系统任首席检察官。[2]
