白马村在广东省梅州市蕉岭县长潭镇，位于石窟河以西，设22个村民小组，在册603户、2269人，全村面积3.26平方公里，耕地1510亩（据博雅地名网所载村情）；长潭镇人民政府驻此。[1][2]
村口两侧是山，入口为一线天峡谷，旧名峡里，后改合里；明末清初建白马寺，村以寺名。长潭旅游度假区、仓海学校都在村内。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
先叫峡里，后改合里，明末清初定名白马。白马的名称在明崇祯六年（1633年）随白马乡出现，清朝未改。人民公社时期，它是长潭公社的一个生产大队；1983年与上合、新泉两个大队合并，成立白马乡；其后改作村委会、管理区，1999年起定为村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
白马村在2019年9月进入2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」的广东省创建名单，又在2024年4月被列入首批省乡村振兴示范村创建名单。村里主要种沙田柚和水稻。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
仓海学校的前身是清代的清华书院，1939年国民党将领涂思忠为纪念丘逢甲（号仓海）办学，在此创办农林技术学校，改称今名，1985年列为县级文物保护单位。[3]
