名称由来[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，村名为解放后所取，寓意福源滚滚。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前叫“石灰坝”，新中国成立初改名福兴村，其后一度称“福汶乡”，1958年又叫高福村，1962年后设福兴大队，1983年为乡政府，1989年设管理区，1999年起设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年2月，福兴村获评「2022年度五华县文明村镇」。[1]
