浮湖村属梅州市五华县河东镇管辖，是镇内的一个行政村[1]。博雅地名网所载村情介绍（未注年份）称，该村分12个村民小组，在册457户，人口2397人，耕地约1089亩[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

浮湖的村民委员会设于1999年，当时属油田镇；此前的1989年是油田镇下的管理区，1985年是油田公社辖下的乡，1961年是油田人民公社的浮湖大队，而在1958年它还隶属该公社的再新大队。2004年油田镇并入河东镇。[1]
