历史沿革[edit]
据村情介绍，牛石村在1949年称乡，1958年成立生产大队，1983年改为乡政府，1989年改称管理区，1999年起设村民委员会至今。[1]
经济[edit]
村里的农作物有水稻、花生、黄豆和番薯，另有养殖业和沙田柚。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2023年2月被授予「2022年度五华县文明村镇」称号[1]
