历史沿革[edit]
据村情介绍，明代初年，罗、李两姓来到这里占地立庄。新中国成立初它属第十区桂岭乡；1958年8月为平南乡罗塘村；公社化时并入水寨人民公社的平东大队；1976年7月1日，从平东大队分出，成为平南公社罗塘大队；此后1983年设乡，1989年设管理区，1999年起设村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]
