历史沿革[edit]

据村情介绍，这里清代以前叫洋都湖，到乾隆年间改叫黄肚湖。解放初它归河口龙江乡；1953年8月实行乡制后单独设乡；公社化时期并入水寨人民公社；1984年5月重新设乡，之后经管理区（1989年）演变为现在的村民委员会（1999年）。[1]
