桃柳村属广东省梅州市梅县区白渡镇，是镇下的行政村。村由石子岭水库库区内的桃鳞岗、柳溪两个自然村在农业合作社时期合并而成，各取一字得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代属程乡县龟浆都，清代属白渡堡，民国时属梅县白渡堡，1949年归梅县白渡区。后在1989年改为桃柳管理区，到1999年成立村委会。[1]
