蔚彩村属广东省梅州市梅县区白渡镇，是镇下的行政村。村由旧时的围下村与寨下村合成。新中国成立后，村中文人将“围下”改作“蔚霞”、“寨下”改作“彩霞”，土地改革时两村合并，取两名各一字为村名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明崇祯六年（1633年）设镇平县时一度属镇平县，清康熙五十年（1711年）归程乡县上半图堡南华坝甲。1941年属梅县白渡乡，公社化时期（1958年）并入白渡公社。1983至1987年间，它与蕉南村一起组成蕉蔚乡，后在1989年改为蔚彩管理区，到1999年成立村委会。博雅地名网写作“伟彩村”。[1]
