沙坪村属广东省梅州市梅县区白渡镇，是镇下的行政村。村在石窟河畔，河边细沙沉积成滩，因名沙坪。2022年度广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位名单于2023年4月公布，沙坪村名列其中。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代属程乡县龟浆都；崇祯六年（1633年）设镇平县时划归镇平县，康熙五十年（1711年）复归程乡县上半图堡南华坝甲。1931年划入梅县白渡乡，其后1958年归白渡公社，后在1989年改为沙坪管理区，到1999年成立村委会。[1]
