加庄村是广东省梅州市梅县区石扇镇的行政村，与平远县交界。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网所记传说，今村尾与平远县交界处古有一口近10亩的莲花池塘，徐氏先人见这里背靠笔嶂山、面临池塘，在此开基；后来李、邓、肖、张、冯各姓也迁来，村庄渐多，称加庄。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代属程乡县龟浆都石扇村，清代和民国时期属石扇堡下的巴庄村；中华人民共和国成立后属梅县石扇区巴庄乡。此后先后为加庄大队（1958年至1983年）、石扇区加庄乡（1984年至1988年）、加庄管理区（1989年至1998年），1999年改为村民委员会。[1]
