地名由来[edit]
当地地形像一只摊开的手掌，古时巴庄、加庄、红南三地合称巴庄乡，形似左手的掌印，故名。[1]
历史沿革与荣誉[edit]
建制上，1989年称管理区，1999年改称村民委员会。2021年9月，广东省农业农村厅公布「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」，该村以金柚入选。[1]
