双东村隶属广东省惠州市龙门县龙华镇，是镇辖行政村之一。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

双东设立较晚：1961年才在香溪公社下立大队；此后自1981年改属沙迳公社；1984年3月建乡，其后在1987年1月改设村民委员会；1989年10月称管理区；1999年4月定为现名。[1]

2021年9月，双东村以柑桔入选广东省第二批「“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」；同年12月，又获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
