花竹村隶属广东省惠州市龙门县龙华镇，为镇辖行政村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年9月起，花竹属二区龙华乡；1951年12月起，划归二区大坪乡；自1957年12月，属龙华乡大坪村；及至1958年10月属龙华公社大坪大队。到1961年单独成立花竹大队；其后1984年3月建乡；1987年1月起为村民委员会；1989年10月起称管理区；1999年12月定为现名。[1]
2020年8月，花竹村以南昆山毛茶入选广东省首批「“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」；2019年9月，又列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
