1949年它属一区的东乡，此后经旧梁乡、城东乡、旧梁大队，到1961年成立王宾大队；1984年划入陈村乡，1987年设村民委员会，1999年5月改称王宾村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
