王坪村是龙门县龙城街道辖下的行政村，统计上属镇乡结合区，2005年之前属王坪镇[1][3]。

历史沿革[edit]

王坪大队设于1961年，改设村民委员会在1987年1月，次称管理区在1989年8月，1998年6月起用现名。[1]2005年，王坪镇的王坪居委会和13个村委会划入新设的龙城街道，王坪镇改名龙田镇。[3]

2024年，街道修成了王坪村的村道，缩短了它到城区的路程。[2]
