历史沿革[edit]
江厦1949年9月划在一区城东乡，1951年12月独立为江厦乡，1957年12月回到城东乡，1958年10月是江厦大队。1984年并进花围乡，1987年1月自花围分出，立江厦村民委员会，1989年10月改称管理区，1999年5月起用现名。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
江厦村碉楼是一座四层的青砖碉楼，高16米，宽6米，长12米，砖木结构。1944年7月，日军从增城向龙门县城推进，因县城居民已大多撤往江厦等村，便转攻江厦。村民组织自卫队设伏，据载打死打伤日军30余人，碉楼后被炮毁一半，村民叫它“半边楼”。[2]
经济[edit]
2024年，江厦村引进一家文化传媒公司，建成农旅电商服务基地。[3]
