铁涌镇是广东省惠州市惠东县南部的一个镇，位于稔平半岛腹地，东临考洲洋，东北接吉隆镇，南与平海镇相连，西面是巽寮度假区。[1]镇域面积约116平方千米，下辖1个社区、19个行政村。[1][3]当地以冬种马铃薯和考洲洋的海水养殖著称，被称为惠州市的「马铃薯之乡」。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

铁涌之名的由来，据说是镇区南部早先为河涌地带，地下有铁矿。[3]据博雅地名网所述，自南宋年间起陆续有人迁入，到清乾隆年间，铁涌逐渐形成集市。[3]

铁涌原属稔山公社，1965年惠东县建立后单独设为公社，1983年改区，1987年再改为镇。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

全镇位于稔平半岛中部，东面濒临内海考洲洋。[1]据百度百科所载，全镇耕地约2.9万亩，海水养殖面积约1.5万亩。[1]镇内有324国道、稔平公路和铁盐公路通过，距惠东县城35公里。[4]

人口民族[edit]

2018年，铁涌镇户籍人口44216人。[1]第七次全国人口普查的结果为3.36万人，在惠东县各镇（街道）中位居第10。[3]据2013年出版的《铁涌镇志》，镇内通行占米话、福佬话和客家话三种方言，其中约六成居民讲占米话。[2]

经济[edit]

马铃薯是铁涌的特色产业。2004年全镇已建成无公害马铃薯基地2万亩，由惠东县九华农贸有限公司带动农户种植，「九华牌」马铃薯被评为广东省名牌产品。[4]2021年9月，铁涌镇（马铃薯）列入广东省农业农村厅公布的第三批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单。[3]

沿海滩涂种有成片红树林，产蚝、虾、蟹、蚶等海产，其中赤岸一带的蚝及蚝豉销往港澳。[4]镇西北部另有金矿、钨矿、陶瓷土和花岗岩的储藏。[4]2008年全镇生产总值6.98亿元，较上年增长14%；农业和工业产值分别为3.8亿元与3.18亿元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

铁涌镇曾获「广东省科技创新马铃薯专业镇」「广东省宜居城镇」「广东省文明镇」「广东省教育强镇」「广东省生态镇」「广东省休闲农业与乡村旅游示范镇」等称号。[1]2019年11月被认定为「2019年广东省森林小镇」，2026年3月又被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

溪美村于2016年列入第四批中国传统村落名录，村中古榕成片；河潭村在2019年入选第六批广东省古村落。[5][6]
