三和街道是广东省惠州市惠阳区下辖的街道，位于惠阳区中部，与广东惠州惠阳经济开发区实行“一套人马两块牌子”管理，辖1个社区、5个行政村。[1][2]

街道设立于2014年6月，总规划控制面积约65平方千米。据第七次全国人口普查，2020年人口为6.44万人，在惠阳区各街道、镇中居第5位。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

三和先有开发区，后有街道。开发区1992年起筹建，当时叫惠阳三和经济开发试验区；1997年省政府批为省级开发区，规划控制面积8平方千米；2006年经国家审核后改称「广东惠州惠阳经济开发区」。[2][3]据百度百科，2007年开发区又加挂了「惠州仲恺高新区三和工业园」的衔牌。[3]

2014年6月，惠州市政府批准成立三和街道办事处，与开发区合署办公，管辖范围扩大到64至65平方千米。[2][3]

街道名称取天和、地和、人和之意。[2]

地理环境[edit]

街道在惠阳区中部，据官方介绍，距惠阳城区5公里、惠州市区23公里、深圳60公里，距惠州港18公里、惠州平潭机场21公里，距厦深铁路的惠州南站8公里。惠大高速在境内与多条高速公路衔接，惠南大道穿境而过。[1][2]

街道下辖5个村民委员会，设65个村民小组，另有1个社区居委会。人口统计因口径不同而有出入：开发区的介绍里是常住约3万人、户籍1.3万人；百度百科据2021年官网，写作常住约6.5万人、户籍1.6万人；开发区词条则称管理人口约9.4万人。[1][2][3]

开发区自己的介绍说，辖区生产中的企业有160家，50家达到规模以上，产业以电子信息为龙头，兼有制造业和现代服务业；联想电子、湘联金属制品、伯恩高科等企业在此设厂。[2]

2016年街道地区生产总值为23.92亿元；2017年为28.47亿元，比上年增长11.9%；当年规模以上工业增加值为23.13亿元，工商税收6.19亿元。[1][2]据百度百科，2022年1至9月，开发区地区生产总值为44.58亿元，园区内的象岭智慧科技产业园已有339家企业入驻。[3]

街道较早把公安、人社、税务、供电、银行等十多个部门的办事机构集中在一条街上办公，称“公务一条街”。[2]
