上湖塘社区在惠州市惠城区江南街道下角江边路，因驻地辖区内有上湖塘街而得名；居委会1985年成立，驻地原在下角上湖塘，后迁至江边路33号[1][2]。

社区概况[edit]

辖区面积0.38平方千米，有住宅小区5个，住户3606户、10818人；有党员97名[2]。社区自称率先对居民区实行小区封闭式管理，首创“一总三支”党建模式（党总支下设在职党员、离退休党员、流动下岗党员三个支部），并成立下岗流动党员便民服务队，在社区内建立少先队组织[2]。2022年9月被评为惠州市2022年度绿色社区[1]。
