罗冲村是武垄镇东南部的行政村，面积约13平方千米，下辖4个村民小组，博雅地名网记载总人口1219人（未注明年份）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会驻罗冲村，村名由此而来，德庆县人民政府批准其于1998年设立。1951年至1954年属栗村小乡，1955年至1958年夏属栗村大乡，1958年冬并入东风人民公社，1961年编为罗冲大队，1983年设罗冲乡，1989年称罗冲管理区，自1998年起为罗冲村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

离武垄圩镇约5公里，规模养殖山地鸡，种贡柑、沙糖桔、玉桂和水稻。[1] 2019年9月，村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
