历史沿革[edit]

1955年成立大钟村高级社，1958年改设大钟大队，1987年称村委会，1989年称管理区；1998年11月，县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准设立村民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

总面积6.95平方公里，耕地2384亩、山地6627亩，设13个村民小组，山塘水库和旱地较多，村道已硬底化。[1]
