历史沿革[edit]
1955年成立连会高级社，1958年改设连会大队，1983年改乡，1987年称村委会，1989年称管理区；1998年11月，县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准设立村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
总面积4.12平方公里，耕地1542亩、山地1589亩，设9个村民小组。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]
博雅地名网称，扶溪武威堂是粤西最大的明代古民居建筑群，被列入「肇庆市生态、文化、旅游精品村工程及古村落文化建设」项目。[1]据百度百科，扶溪村位于怀集县城西偏南22公里处，石氏先祖自福建汀州迁来，明崇祯年间石上珩中副榜后始建武威堂；村落由围墙、炮楼和五个门楼组成防御体系。[2]2013年8月，扶溪村列入第二批中国传统村落名录。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，连会村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
